Six countries, one culture of quality for African organisations
The 2025 institutional brochure presents a network established across six Francophone African countries. This organisation is not simply a collection of addresses. It is designed to bring expertise closer to operations while maintaining a shared method and standard of quality.
A footprint built around client needs
Businesses, institutions and development organisations increasingly operate across several markets. They need to comply with local frameworks, consolidate distributed information, coordinate teams and make decisions at regional level. A centralised response that is distant from operations quickly reaches its limits.
PYRAMIS has offices in Mali, Guinea, Côte d'Ivoire, Benin, Burkina Faso and Niger. This presence supports an understanding of administrative and economic environments, direct engagement with local teams and the ability to mobilise capabilities close to each assignment.
One network, complementary areas of expertise
The service range presented in 2025 covers six families: audit and related services, accounting, advisory, learning and recruitment, legal and tax, and transactions. These capabilities can operate separately, but create more value when coordinated around one challenge.
A transformation may require an organisational assessment, risk review, updated procedures, accounting support and capability building. The regional model makes it possible to assemble the appropriate team without forcing the client to manage a succession of disconnected providers.
Resources that extend beyond one office
PYRAMIS now brings together 10 partners, 200 professionals and more than 30 experts who can be mobilised through the partners' networks. These figures illustrate the range of technical and industry profiles available across the network.
Regional mobilisation nevertheless requires precise coordination: a named engagement leader, shared scope, common methods, quality reviews and one timetable. Network size is not enough; the way capabilities are assembled determines the client experience.
The same promise in every country
PYRAMIS anchors its development in three values: professional ethics, teamwork and excellence. They create a common framework for decision-making, confidentiality, independence, knowledge sharing and deliverable quality.
For the client, that culture must be tangible: expectations clarified at the start, known responsibilities, regular communication, understandable conclusions and practical recommendations. Trust is built through the details of every assignment, regardless of the country of delivery.
Supporting regional ambitions with proximity
PYRAMIS' development reflects a simple conviction: international professional standards are most effective when applied by teams that understand local context, constraints and practices.
By connecting its locations and areas of expertise, PYRAMIS aims to support organisations as they grow, secure operations and pursue cross-border projects. Regional presence then serves a clear purpose: helping leaders decide with reliable information and advice grounded in reality.
